PAULINE REDGRIFT

About me

I have been practising as a therapist for 25 years and clinical supervisor for 15 years.

As a person-centred therapist, my focus is on understanding without judgement your world as you experience it – providing a collaborative working relationship which is underpinned by respect, valuing and acceptance.

I have worked in the private and voluntary sectors with a diverse range of clients presenting with different issues: stress, anxiety, self-worth, identity, relationships, loss, bereavement, feeling stuck, lost and overwhelmed. Many have been looking for a reflective space to take stock, explore and enhance the meaning and quality of their lives.

I have extensive specialist knowledge and experience of working with clients living with the effects of emotional/sexual/physical abuse, such as self-harm, substance abuse, disordered eating and dissociation.

I work exclusively with adults, and normally sessions are offered on a weekly basis and last for an hour.

If you would like to meet with me to discuss your needs, I offer an initial online session lasting up to 40 minutes free of charge.

In my supervision practice I offer both individual and group supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors and other practitioners from the helping/support professions.
