With the clients best interests at the heart of my work, my aim is to offer a supportive therapeutic relationship where clients can gain a better understanding of themselves and their world. Together we can explore and work through their challenges and the positive changes they desire going forward. I have experience working with general anxiety and depression and relational issues which include; parents and other relatives, partners, friends, colleagues and ultimately the relationship we have with ourselves.
I have a non-directive approach to Counselling and offer clients a confidential, non judgmental space where we can explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviours and anything else that may be affecting them. Other examples of presenting issues I have worked with include; childhood abuse, hypochondria, anger management and low self-esteem. I offer short and long term therapy but have a history of long term clients. Other relevant interests include Well-Being and mindfulness.
