As an integrative psychotherapist I working using a range of approaches, including Jungian. These include talking about current difficulties and exploring their origin which is often in childhood. Many people also find mindfulness and other creative meditative approaches very helpful.
I’ve worked with a range of issues including: depression, anxiety, self-harm, PTSD, OCD, relationship problems and the loss of purpose and joy in life.
