In our rapidly changing world, many people struggle to cope with the challenges that life throws at them. I aim to provide a safe, warm and supportive environment to all my clients, in which they can work through their emotional stresses in a confidential and non-judgemental space.

I work with adults and young people individually in private practice, valuing and respecting each client’s uniqueness and autonomy in the journey that we undertake together.

I have worked in a secondary school environment for 10 years, supporting young people with a full range of issues including self harm, bullying, low self esteem, family breakdown, bereavement, sexual assault, eating problems, autism, transgender and social media issues, amongst others.

I have experience of Autism Spectrum Disorders, as a parent and counsellor. In the process of counselling, I aim to help develop strategies for coping with the difficulties that can arise from living with autism.
