Caroline Eglinton

BACP Accredited Counsellor

My Experience

Following my degree, I worked in a business environment for several years. After having a family, I decided to follow my passion for supporting and developing others. This led me to do voluntary work for the Milton Keynes Bereavement Service and to extend my education to qualify as a counsellor.

I have been a counsellor since 2013 and am accredited with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, abiding by their ethical framework for good practice. As a Person-centred Counsellor, I believe people can find their own positive solutions to their problems with the right support. I provide a relationship built on trust and an empathic, non-judgemental, respectful approach to every individual.

I will work with you as a unique individual no matter what your challenges and will do my best to support you through your difficulties to make sense of your feelings and try to find the best outcomes.

I have worked with a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds, covering a range of issues including bereavement, loss, stress, anxiety, abuse, low self-esteem, sexuality and relationships.
